SUNKET Production Equipments - Automatic Production Line

Sunket is the first factory in China to launch a 182mm fully automated production line. The equipment mainly adopts the world-leading ATW ultra-high-speed welding machine. At present, this type of equipment is only used by Jinko and Sunket in China, and the entire production line is highly automated. The whole process starts from the inspection of the raw materials, the string-welded cells, the double appearance, and EL inspection before lamination, to the inspection of the appearance of the modules/panels after lamination, voltage resistance insulation, EL and electrical performance inspection. There are 14 quality control points in the whole production line. The whole process is monitored by 8 main materials and 10 auxiliary materials, and the workshop adopts an MES production management system for online cloud management. The real automated intelligent production line reduces manual intervention and achieves a worry-free product warranty.
